How Club Concierge International collects, uses, shares and protects personal data across the CCB membership programme.
1. Introduction
Club Concierge International Limited (“CCB”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use our website, request a demonstration, or engage with our corporate hotel membership services.
This policy applies to all personal data processed by CCB in connection with the Club Concierge for Business membership programme and this website.
2. Data we collect
Contact information. Name, job title, business email address, phone number and company name, collected when you submit an enquiry or request a demonstration.
Traveller profile data. For registered travellers under a membership we hold room preferences, dietary requirements, loyalty programme numbers and travel history, provided by your designated booking contacts.
Financial data. Billing address, cost centre information and payment details required to administer your membership and issue invoices.
Usage data. Information about how you interact with this website, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations, administer your membership and process bookings, issue invoices and manage billing, send service communications relevant to your membership, improve our website and services, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Where we send marketing communications we do so on the basis of your consent or a legitimate interest, and you may withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We share personal data with hotel partners to facilitate bookings and member recognition, with GoTravel as our affiliated travel management company, with third party service providers under data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Your rights and retention
Subject to applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent.
We retain personal data for the duration of your membership agreement and a period of seven years thereafter to meet legal and accounting obligations. Traveller profile data is deleted or anonymised on termination of membership.
