Terms and Conditions
The terms governing CCB corporate hotel membership, bookings, invoicing and service delivery.
1. Definitions
CCB means Club Concierge International Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Member Organisation means the corporate entity that has entered into a CCB membership agreement. Member Service Manager means the CCB employee assigned to manage that account.
Member Rate means the negotiated hotel rate available exclusively to member organisations. Traveller means an employee or authorised representative travelling under the membership.
2. Membership terms
Membership is available to registered corporate entities. Individual memberships are not offered. Membership commences on the date specified in the agreement and continues for the initial term agreed. Unless either party gives written notice of non renewal at least 30 days before the end of the term, membership renews automatically for successive twelve month periods.
The Member Organisation may add or remove Travellers at any time by notifying its Member Service Manager. There is no minimum or maximum number of registered travellers. Membership benefits are exclusive to the Member Organisation and its registered Travellers and may not be transferred or resold.
3. Bookings and rates
All bookings under the programme are made through the Member Service Manager. CCB does not operate a self service booking platform. Member Rates are negotiated directly with hotel properties and are not available through any public or third party channel.
CCB applies a rate protection guarantee: if the Member Organisation identifies a lower rate for the same property, room type, dates and cancellation terms through a publicly available channel, CCB will match that rate on the confirmed booking.
4. Payment and invoicing
CCB issues a consolidated invoice monthly covering all bookings processed in that calendar month. Individual hotel receipts are not issued for bookings made through the programme.
Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. CCB reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at 2 percent per month. Annual membership fees are invoiced in advance; volume based fees are invoiced in arrears. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Liability, termination and governing law
CCB liability in connection with the programme is limited to the total membership fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CCB acts as agent for the Member Organisation in making bookings and accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of hotel properties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Either party may terminate at the end of the current term on 30 days written notice. CCB may terminate immediately if the Member Organisation fails to pay any amount due within 60 days, materially breaches these terms, or enters insolvency proceedings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State. For legal enquiries contact legal@clubconcierge.com.
