From first conversation to active membership — four steps.
Getting your organisation onto the CCB programme is simple. We handle every element of setup and configuration — you start enjoying the benefits from day one.
A straightforward path to a managed travel programme.
Discovery consultation
We meet your team — whether that's the CEO, CFO, HR director, or travel manager — to understand your current situation. We want to know your travel volumes, key destinations, existing spend levels, policy requirements, and what's frustrating you about how you manage business hotel travel today.
This is a conversation, not a sales presentation. We're diagnosing whether CCB is the right fit for your organisation — and modelling what the membership would actually save you.
Membership proposal & agreement
Based on your consultation, we prepare a tailored membership proposal — the right plan tier, a projection of your first-year savings, your Member Service Manager introduction, and the specific terms of your agreement.
Once you're satisfied, we move to agreement. The onboarding process begins immediately upon signature.
Account setup & onboarding
Your CCB account is configured. Traveller profiles are created for your regular business travellers — room preferences, loyalty programme numbers, dietary requirements, and approval levels are all captured and stored. Your finance team is walked through the spend dashboard and invoicing structure. Your travel bookers and executive assistants are briefed on how to request bookings.
Active membership & continuous improvement
From your first booking, your Member Service Manager takes ownership of your travel programme. Every booking, every change, every exception — handled. Every month, a value report lands on your finance team's desk detailing spend, savings, and compliance metrics.
Quarterly, your MSM conducts a programme review with your leadership team — identifying opportunities to further reduce costs, expand the hotel network for destinations you're visiting more frequently, or adjust plan tier as your volumes grow.
How a booking works once you're a member.
Your team makes a request
A travel booker or EA sends a booking request to your Member Service Manager via email, WhatsApp, or phone. No portal to navigate. No form to complete. Just a message with the destination, dates, and any preferences — and your MSM handles the rest.
- Request by email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Traveller preferences already on file — no need to repeat
- MSM confirms availability and member rate within the hour
Answers to what most organisations ask first.
How long does onboarding take?
Most organisations are fully onboarded and making bookings within two to three weeks of signing. For Enterprise memberships with multiple entities or complex configurations, allow three to four weeks.
What if we already have a preferred hotel list?
We work with your existing preferred properties wherever possible. If your preferred hotels are in our network, we'll negotiate member rates for them. If they're not, we'll assess whether they should be added.
Can we add or remove travellers from the programme?
Yes. Your MSM manages traveller profiles and can add, update, or remove travellers at any time. There's no limit on the number of registered travellers under your membership.
How do bookings get made on behalf of our team?
Requests can be sent to your MSM by email, WhatsApp, or phone call. Your MSM handles everything from there — confirmation, itinerary, hotel communication — and sends a booking summary to the relevant traveller and booking contact.
