Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "CCB"means Club Concierge International Limited, a company registered in Nigeria.
- "Member Organisation"means the corporate entity that has entered into a CCB membership agreement.
- "Member Service Manager" (MSM)means the CCB employee assigned to manage the Member Organisation's account.
- "Member Rate"means the negotiated hotel rate available exclusively to CCB member organisations.
- "Traveller"means an employee or authorised representative of the Member Organisation who travels under the membership programme.
- "Membership Agreement"means the commercial agreement signed between CCB and the Member Organisation specifying the plan tier, fees, and service terms.
2. Membership terms
2.1 CCB membership is available to registered corporate entities. Individual memberships are not offered through the CCB programme.
2.2 Membership commences on the date specified in the Membership Agreement and continues for the initial term agreed. Unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the initial term, membership will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods.
2.3 The Member Organisation may add or remove Travellers from the programme at any time by notifying their Member Service Manager in writing. There is no minimum or maximum number of Travellers required under any membership tier.
2.4 Membership benefits, including Member Rates and MSM services, are exclusively available to the Member Organisation and its registered Travellers. Membership benefits may not be transferred, resold, or made available to third parties.
3. Bookings & rates
3.1 All hotel bookings under the CCB programme are made through the Member Service Manager on behalf of the Member Organisation. CCB does not operate a self-service booking platform.
3.2 Member Rates are negotiated directly with hotel properties and are available exclusively to CCB member organisations. These rates are not available through any public or third-party booking channel.
3.3 CCB applies a rate protection guarantee: if the Member Organisation identifies a lower rate for the same property, room type, dates, and cancellation terms through any publicly available channel, CCB will match that rate on the confirmed booking.
3.4 CCB makes reasonable efforts to fulfil booking requests at the Member Rate. In circumstances where the Member Rate is temporarily unavailable (for example, during city-wide events causing complete hotel sellout), CCB will notify the Member Organisation and offer alternative properties or the best available rate at the requested property.
4. Payment & invoicing
4.1 CCB issues a consolidated invoice to the Member Organisation on a monthly basis, covering all hotel bookings processed during that calendar month. Individual hotel receipts are not issued for bookings made through the CCB programme.
4.2 Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in the Membership Agreement. CCB reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at 2% per month.
4.3 Annual membership fees are invoiced in advance at the commencement of each membership year. Monthly volume-based fees are invoiced in arrears.
4.4 All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. The Member Organisation is responsible for any tax obligations arising from the membership fees and hotel charges in their jurisdiction.
5. Cancellations & amendments
5.1 Cancellation and amendment policies for individual hotel bookings are governed by the terms of the specific property. CCB will communicate the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking confirmation.
5.2 CCB will make reasonable efforts to secure the most favourable cancellation terms for member bookings. However, CCB accepts no liability for cancellation charges levied by hotels in accordance with their published policies.
5.3 Amendment requests should be directed to the Member Service Manager. CCB will process amendments promptly and at no additional service charge.
6. Liability
6.1 CCB's liability to the Member Organisation in connection with the membership programme is limited to the total membership fees paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6.2 CCB acts as agent for the Member Organisation in making hotel bookings. CCB accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of hotel properties, including but not limited to failure to honour Member Rates, failure to provide booked rooms, or failure to deliver member recognition and benefits.
6.3 Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the membership programme.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the Membership Agreement at the end of the current membership term by providing at least 30 days' written notice of non-renewal before the renewal date.
7.2 CCB may terminate the Membership Agreement immediately upon written notice if the Member Organisation fails to pay any amount due within 60 days of the due date, materially breaches these Terms, or enters into insolvency proceedings.
7.3 Upon termination, all traveller profiles and membership data will be deleted or returned as requested by the Member Organisation, subject to CCB's data retention obligations under applicable law.
8. Governing law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions and the Membership Agreement are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
8.2 CCB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Members will be given at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the membership programme following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
